    WITHIN EU : Aircraft falls under the scope of Regulation (EC) No 2018/1139 (EASA Aircraft) and is to be trans-ferred within EASA Member States. In application of Regulation (EC) No 1321/2014 (Part M and Part-ML), under normal circumstances no Export CofA is required (www.eur-lex.europa.eu > EUR-Lex > Simple search > Search by document number > Number). It is generally recommended that the relevant authority of the intended state of registration be contacted regarding conditions of registration. ABROAD EU; According to the text of the agreement, from the 1st of May 2011, each new aircraft exported to the United States with an airworthiness approval issued by a Competent Authority of an EU Member State or EASA, shall accompanied with an EASA Export Certificate of Airworthiness called EASA Form 27. In addition each used aircraft exported from an EU Member State to the United States shall have an EASA Export Certificate of Airworthiness (EASA Form 27).
